What are the prices?
To give a price, it is necessary to know in each case the requirements of our client. Whatever the type of service to be done, we arrange a visit to be able to offer the most adjusted value at the required service.
Our way of working is by service not by hours. We define the scope of the work to be carried out and make an offer. However, there are some services (cleaning in hotels and residences for vacations) that the usual way is by the hour. In any case we adapt to the client’s demands.
What does the service include?
In the section of Services you can find the scope by type of service. However, at the time of giving the final price all the needs raised by the client are taken into account.
Each client is different and so it must be treated.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
The service is paid to its termination. When the client gives his agreement.
We use various payment methods. However the most used by our customers are: bank check, cash, or bank transfer.
Do the cleaners bring the cleaning supplies?
Our service includes all the equipment and products necessary to carry out the service.
We have a list available to customers of the standard products used. If it is necessary to use a different or special product, the client must inform us during the previous visit.
How many cleaners will come?
Depending on the type of service and the size of the property, we will define the number of personnel to use.
Except for special needs (quick execution time, large size), the staff involved in each service varies between 1 or 2 people.
